Spark your curiosity at After Dark—as the Sun sets, we’ll hit the rainbow lights, and open our doors, inviting you to take your imagination out to play. Fuel up with a cocktail and prepare to roam free through six spacious outdoor and indoor spaces. Bask in the light of the ten illuminating and interactive artworks currently on view as part of Glow: The Art of Light. Or take a seat in our microcinema, where you can enjoy Illuminated Frames, a thirty-minute program of evocative and radiant short films.\ \ Looking to dive deeper into the science of light? Grab a Glow: The Art of Light pamphlet and take a self-guided tour of some of our favorite hands-on exhibits digging into the how and why of light. Be ready to bring fresh eyes to old favorites and uncover phenomenal new experiences. \ \ Food and drinks will be available to purchase in our Seaglass Restaurant and at the outdoor bar in Gallery 5 to enjoy in those designated spaces during After Dark. Please note that there is no drinking or eating allowed elsewhere in the museum at this time.\ \ Curious about what to expect during your visit?
